By using Preston Fields, you agree to the following terms. These are in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all users and staff.

General Use

Use of the field is entirely at your own risk. Preston Fields is not responsible for any injury to you, your family/friends, or your dog(s).

Vehicles and contents are left at the owner’s risk.

Please provide your own biodegradable poo bags and use the bins provided.

Entering & Leaving the Field

Do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your session.

Dogs should remain in your vehicle until the previous user has secured their dog(s).

Dogs must be on a lead until inside the secure field and the gate is closed; the same applies when exiting.

Please do not allow your dog(s) to be exercised outside the secure field.

Ensure the gate is fully closed upon entry and exit.

Be cautious when turning into the site from the main road (50mph zone).

Dog Behaviour & Safety

Any dogs being mixed together must be assessed for compatibility by the user. Preston Fields is not liable for damage or injury caused by dog interactions.

All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and regularly wormed.

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.

Do not climb on fences or gates.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on site, including the field or car park.

Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 2 hours before the session (admin must be notified, refunds are not automatic) .

Package offers are non-refundable.

No time extensions will be granted for late arrivals.

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or no-shows.

Bookings are non-transferable to third parties.

Conduct & Communication

We are committed to providing a welcoming and safe environment for all customers and staff. Therefore:

Abusive, intimidating, or bullying behaviour toward staff, management, or other users will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

All users are expected to treat staff and owners with courtesy and respect.

Persistent inappropriate communication (including text messages, emails, or other contact) that may be perceived as harassment or intimidation will result in the termination of access to the field, and may be referred to our legal team or to the police where appropriate.

Preston Fields reserves the right to refuse service or ban access at our discretion in cases of unacceptable behaviour.

Privacy Policy

We only retain your contact information to manage your booking. Your details will never be shared with third parties.

Site Management

We reserve the right to close the field at any time for maintenance or other reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be issued
